Consultant. Coach. Trainer. I help people expand from the inside,
so their businesses, teams, and lives grow on the outside.
A decade at the intersection of human development and performance, guiding people back to the intelligence they were born with: emotional, spiritual, and now, alongside artificial.
A setter rarely scores the "glorious" kill. She reads the court, reads her team, sets up the ball so another can shine. And when that play breaks down, she's the one who absorbs the blame. Leadership 101. As a kid, I dreamt of becoming a professional volleyball player. And so I did. The position I landed in wasn't one I chose at first — setter chose me, and I made it mine: All-American honors, national championship runner-up in college, co-captain at both the college and professional level in the seat teammates called the quarterback of the team, and later leading Evreux's professional team to a #1 rating in the French league.
I carried that same instinct straight into my career — as an account executive at a major ad agency, then into entrepreneurship, founding one of the first social media companies in Kansas City and later building the college's first social media and e-marketing curriculum. Different rooms, same signature: reading what the moment needed and positioning the people and the work to succeed, often before anyone asked me to.
I've had coaches of my own at every stage — on the court and off it. Not because something was broken, but because that's how you sharpen a gift you already have: someone who can see what you can't yet see in yourself. A lamp doesn't need a new bulb. It needs the shade removed. That's the distinction I coach from now, in every room I'm in — a keynote stage, a coaching call, a consulting table with one of the top privately held companies in the world.
That instinct for reading people started early — a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing emphasis, Sociology minor, Distinguished Graduate as one of three selected from the program. I was drawn to understanding people and communicating with them honestly, long before I had a name for what I was actually building toward. The coaching-specific training came later: Social and Emotional Intelligence Analyst and Coach, Reach Personal Branding Coach, and David Bayer's Phenomenal Coaching methodology.
That's still the work today. I read what a room or a person needs before they've named it, and I hold the space for them to get into their own powerful state — stepping back so they can take the shot. Time to arise and shine.
The next technological revolution is accelerating. The question isn't whether to adopt AI — it's how we use it to unlock what's already inside every person; the possibilities, the creativity, the genius each of us can bring into the world through it. What if the answers aren't in the technology — but in us?
The ability to recognize, understand, and navigate your own emotions, and those of others. This is the foundation of every meaningful connection, every courageous decision, every team that actually works.
The capacity to discern — to hear what's within and act from it. Alignment to your highest values and purpose, not reaction to fear or pressure. Spiritual intelligence is the compass.
A profound technology. AI amplifies what you bring to it — nothing more, nothing less. Vague in, vague out. Clear in, extraordinary out. It doesn't replace people. It reveals them. Which means the most important upgrade you'll ever make isn't your tools. It's you.
"This isn't a time to get lazy — it's a time to find out what opens up inside us. AI didn't shrink what it means to be human. It revealed a frontier most people haven't explored yet. The ones who get this right won't use technology as a shortcut. They'll use it as a mirror — to think more clearly, lead more powerfully, and build things that actually matter. Real intelligence isn't acquired. It's revealed. Time to arise."
A framework for navigating to the state, the reality, and the life you were made for; built so that the path from where you are to your full potential, your dreams, and your freedom has structure, not just intention.
Every organization I've worked inside, every leader and entrepreneur I've coached, every audience I've stood in front of confirms the same thing: businesses don't transform until the people inside them do. Strategy without inner expansion stalls. Inner expansion without strategy stays a feeling. I work at the place where both happen at once.
Long before AI entered the conversation, I was studying the most complex system any of us will ever encounter: the human being. Emotional intelligence. Spiritual discernment. The capacity to see yourself clearly, feel what others carry, and lead from that knowing... that intuition, that internal guidance system.
My discipline as an athlete taught me that potential is never the question. The question is always: what are you willing and driven to develop into a strength, a superpower?

Speaking on four continents and consulting inside organizations are two sides of the same work: meeting people and businesses exactly where they are, then walking the path to where they're capable of going.
Whether you're a leader or entrepreneur navigating what comes next, an organization ready to develop your people differently, or a parent who wants your child to know their worth before the world tells them otherwise, there's a way to begin.
